ORANGE HILL COTTAGE

From the front door is the sitting room which is comfortably furnished and has TV, video and DVD player. There is an electric fire in this room in addition to the storage heaters.

The kitchen is to the back of the house and has great views of the Eskdale fells. It is fully equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge with a large freezer compartment below, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. There is plenty of storage space here and a dining table with seating for four.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms - a twin and a double. There is also a bathroom which has a shower above the bath.

There is a patio at the back of the house which is accessed via the kitchen. There is garden furniture, a barbeque, great views and it catches the morning and early afternoon sun.

• Orange Hill Cottage is heated by storage heaters.
• I'm afraid we cannot accept pets at the house.
• The cottage operates a no smoking policy.
