Booking Information
We take full week
bookings (Friday to Friday) throughout the year. Weekend bookings
are £195 (three nights) in the off-peak season (end October
to Easter).
We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and
confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff
sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival
by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd (and sent to Sally & Rob
Fielding at Wallthwaite, Troutbeck, Penrith, Cumbria, CA12 4QP). You can also call us on 017687 79445 and pay by card (there is a 2.5% fee for credit card payments, no charge for debit cards).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10.30am on the day of
departure and not to arrive before 3.30pm in order to uphold high
standards in cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our
guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!
Fuel and electricity are included in the cost and the beds will
be freshly made up for you. Towels are provided.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your holiday,
we regret that any deposits or rental monies received are non returnable
and non transferable. We advise you therefore to take out holiday
insurance.
