Booking Information

We take full week bookings (Saturday to Saturday) throughout the year. Weekend bookings are £195 (three nights) in the off-peak season (end October to Easter).

We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd (and sent to Sally & Rob Fielding at Wallthwaite, Troutbeck, Penrith, Cumbria, CA12 4QP). You can also call us on 017687 79445 and pay by card (there is a 2.5% fee for credit card payments, no charge for debit cards).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 3pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

Electricity and oil for the central heating is included in the price. There is also a complimentary basket of logs provided for the wood burning stove. The beds will be made up for you. You will need to bring your own towels.

The cottage operates a no smoking policy.

Pets are welcome at an additional charge of £15 each (maximum two dogs). We ask that they are not left in the cottage by themselves and that they don't use the furniture at all.
