WOOD BARN: BOOKING & PRICES

Booking Information

We take full week bookings (Saturday - Saturday) throughout the year. Winter weeks are £330-350 (excluding Christmas, New Year and Half Term weeks). I'm afraid we only accept full week bookings in Woodbarn.

We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd (and sent to Sally & Rob Fielding at Wallthwaite, Troutbeck, Penrith, Cumbria, CA12 4QP). You can also call us on 017687 79445 and pay by card (there is a 2.5% fee for credit card payments, no charge for debit cards).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 11am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 4pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

Electricity, oil, and linen (including towels) are included in the price. A cot & high chair is available upon request.

Please note that Wood Barn has its own private water supply - we therefore advise guests to boil water before drinking it.

Pets are accepts at Wood Barn only with prior permission - there is an extra £15 charge per dog.
