RIVENDELL: HOW TO FIND US

From the North & South

• Leave the M6 motorway at Junction 40 (Penrith).
• Follow the A66 until you get to the main Keswick roundabout.
• Take the last exit at the roundabout (signed Carlisle).
• Go along this road for about 7 miles - you will then go down a hill, past a church on your right and then Bassenthwaite Village is signed to your right.
• Go right to Bassenthwaite Village - when you come to the village green, turn right down an avenue of lime trees. Park by the walled garden at the end of the village green and Bassenthwaite village is the first house on your right after the walled garden (in the narrows).
