WOOLPACK FARM COTTAGE: ACCOMMODATION

Woolpack farm cottage has been tastefully refurbished over the past couple of years. From the hallway is a traditional farmhouse kitchen with its dining area and aga. It also has all the appliances that make modern life easy - microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and underfloor heating which warms up the slate flags. There is a huge utility room next door with washing machine and tumble drier.

The sitting room is heated by an electric fire and has Sky TV, video, DVD player and hifi system. French windows lead out to the patio outside.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms - two have double beds and the third has twin beds. There are two bathrooms - one with a bath (with shower attachment), the other with a large shower.

Outside there is a large gravelled area for parking, playing and having barbeques.

Pets are very welcome in the cottage, although we are unable to accept more than one dog (unless by prior consent). Please note that there are farm dogs at Woolpack Farm.

The cottage is heated throughout by oil central heating.
